Our client a well-established Law Practice in Parktown is looking for as Conveyancer dealing with Bonds to join their team
Duties:
- Consulting with clients on behalf of the leading commercial banks in respect of bond registrations;
- Drafting Bond documents, Bond documents
Minimum Requirements:
- LLB
- Admission as an Admitted Attorney/ Conveyancer/ Notary Public will be an added advantage
- 10 Years' post admissions experience as a Conveyancer dealing with Bonds for all the major Banks
- Lexis Convey essential
- Bi-Lingual
- Own Transport
