A dynamic and successful Auditing & Accounting firm, providing personalised and value-added services to clients assisting them in succeeding in a tough economic and competitive market environment. Are currently looking for a Junior Bookkeeper for their offices in Kloof.

Responsibilities' but not limited too:
 

• Processing of payroll, a basic understanding of SA legislation and capturing/submission of EMP201 returns.
• Processing of cashbooks, journal entries and reconciliation.
• Customer and supplier processing and reconciliation.
• UIF filing with the Dept of Labour.
• ROE filing with the Dept of labour.
• VAT processing and a basic understanding of SA Legislation.
• Preparation of management accounts, including analytical review and demonstration of problem-solving skills.
• Maintaining a fixed asset register, with a firm knowledge on disposals, additions, depreciation calculations and corresponding journals entries.
• Preparation of year end AFS file.

Qualifications/Experience:
 

• 1 - 2years Bookkeeping experience
• Formal qualification
