The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with financial and tax regulations, and effective management of financial resources. This role will oversee the financial accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial analysis functions, providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's goals.
Academic, Legal and Trades Qualifications/ Work experience (All essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A CA equivalent certification is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literacy on an ERP system (Microsoft D365 would be an advantage), Microsoft programmes (Excel, word etc)
