Head Sommelier at Isisekelo Recruitment

The ideal candidate will be passionate about wine and have an excellent knowledge of wine service and tasting. 

The Head Sommelier will be responsible for creating and delivering all wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails menus and designing and implementing all drink service procedures. 

They must have superior people skills and be able to assist guests during the dinner service with wine recommendations, selecting the perfect pairing with their dinner, decanting, and serving the wine. 

• WSET certificate is a MUST
• The candidate will preferably be from the UK, however, the Hotel can apply for a 3-year skilled worker Visa for a suitable candidate
• The Hotel can offer single occupancy for 1 month, after that the candidate will have to look for an accommodation
