Over the last few years the company has doubled in size and we are continuing to grow, making recruitment an everyday requirement and we find ourselves in need of a Talent Scout to join their expanding team!
They see their team as their biggest asset, which makes recruitment a very important part of our company's structure. The perfect recruiter will not just form part of this dynamic team, but be able to discern between candidates who has what it takes to embody the values of B.E.I.N.G. (Bold, Enthusiastic, Inspired, Needed and Genuine) and who not.
The In House recruiter will be reporting to the heads of department and work closely with the CEO himself. Assisting them with all aspects of recruitment, staff retention and career fulfilment.
RECRUITMENT DUTIES
- Assist with recruiting new intakes
- Posting recruitment ads
- Talent Scouting & Head Hunting
- Arrange interviews with suitable candidates
- Interact with learning institutes
- Manage the new intake recruitment process
- Screening of candidates
- Searching for candidates on various recruitment portals

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in recruitment, head hunting, talent management
- Experience in hiring for IT / Tech related positions essential

ADDITIONAL
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have a valid Driver's Licence and own transport
- Must have Matric distinction or higher education
