JOB SUMMARY 
Our Client specialists in the development, manufacture and supply of high quality, high security card and biometric readers, electromechanical locks and related electronic security products.  Is looking for an OEM/Channel Manager - Europe
 

The Channel Manager will be specialized in growing our key global partners and customers within lock, and access security products. Someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented sales professional who is committed to growing our key partners in the EMEA region and able to effectively work remotely. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Develop and manage Channel business plan for the assigned region. Serve as primary liaison between the Company and their partners to increase sales and market share.
  • Provide leadership to our partners for adoption of new products and solutions. Promote and execute aggressive growth goals for new product introductions, against a documented plan.
  • Develop customer relationships using deep understanding of customers business needs, production applications and technical language utilized in their industry. Provide consultative sales support to regional sales teams.
  • Identify and properly qualify business, understand the account potential, competitors and position in the market and requirements for doing business.
  • Perform market analysis for prospecting new distribution and integrator relationships.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, track, and measure sales results.
  • Perform sales support functions such as pricing requests, supporting partner presentations and the ability to offer level one technical support.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to advise and train on new technology features and product updates.
  • Successfully lead sales and technical training as part of onboarding new and acquired partners.
  • Effectively analyze and report on partner progress.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and roadmaps to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Required

  • Relevant degree qualification or 10+ years in a technical sales role.
  • Minimum of 5+ years channel sales and B2B sales representative/account management experience, preferably gained in security, technology, or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and achieving budgets.

Preferred

  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience within security, locking and access control industries.
  • Exceptional level of professional people skills with a customer centric work ethic
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent command of English (fluent)
  • Exceptional ability to interact effectively with all levels of the sales process.
  • Practical experience using CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, etc.)

TRAVEL
As required to fulfil the role, with minimum of 30% travel
