The Role:
They are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Solution Architect to join our expanding Commercial department. You will take a lead role and be responsible for designing, building and executing our core function that delivers simple but powerful solutions to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Setting the bar for delivery of Client’s solutions with their customers
- Create, evolve, and roll out the Company scope based on customer requirements and their objectives.
- Manage the entire end-to-end delivery plan from initial conversations to launch.
- Working closely with the Commercial, Onboarding and Technical teams to ensure seamless activation of new clients and ongoing growth of existing partners.
- Playing a key role in the collection of customer insights to drive product development.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of card payments, acquiring solutions and Payment Service Providers
- Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms such as Magento & WooCommerce, it would also be advantageous to understand Point of Sales solutions and their eco-systems.
- Proven successful track record in working in fast paced financial services businesses.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Project Management experience would be nice to have.
