PRODUCT MANAGER - SOFTWARE
Our client is a fast-growing, rapidly evolving, Fintech. We are building exciting new products for our customers and we get to do it from scratch without any of the legacy baggage an established company has. We succeed by creating products that are intuitive, save our customers time and ultimately enable them to succeed. As such, attention to the product design process is of utmost importance. We are looking for an experienced product manager that loves to build great software products. This person will engage with our business units, marketing specialists and customers, to design and direct the technology teams. The scope will span across financial payment systems, web and mobile applications and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with the business stakeholders, customers and technical team
- Understands our products deeply
- Plays a key role in the development of intuitive products
- Represents the customer perspective in technical and design discussions
- Understands how these customer-facing products integrate into the backend operational systems and processes
- Prioritises product features
- Perform product demonstrations and incorporate feedback
- Ensures consistent product experiences
- Places emphasis on usability and UX
- Assess our competitors offerings and evaluate them against our own
Requirements
- 5 years of software product management experience
- History of launching great products
- Good understanding of technology and software development
- Strong communication skills
- Able to think and communicate at the conceptual level
- Able to work independently
