The position we are looking to fill is for candidates looking for a training contract with SAICA as part of their progression to becoming a Chartered Accountant at our clients' offices based in Pretoria
- Qualifying them to progress to a CTA, or
- In the process of doing CTA, or
- Completed your studies and looking to start your training contract
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Own vehicle is essential
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Capture transactions in accounting records
- Perform reconciliations
- Perform bookkeeping to balance sheet
- Prepare financial statements
- Perform tax calculations and complete tax returns
- Complete VAT submissions and calculations
- Perform general accounting functions
- Assist managers with various client matters, including administrative work
- Payroll duties
- PAYE calculations and submissions
- CIPC registrations, queries, and submissions
- Advising clients
