Market leading audit and accounting firm based in Cape Town has an outstanding 3 YEAR Accounting Training contract available to complete sought after SAIPA articles.
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Capture transactions in accounting records
- Perform reconciliations
- Perform bookkeeping to balance sheet
- Prepare financial statements
- Perform tax calculations and complete tax returns
- Complete VAT submissions and calculations
- Perform general accounting functions
- Using Pastel, Quickbox and various other accounting softwares
- Assist managers with various client matters, including administrative work
- Payroll duties
- PAYE calculations and submissions
- CIPC registrations, queries, and submissions
- Advising clients
Minimum requirements:
- Must be completing Degree or Hons end 2023
- Open to current SAIPA Article studies who would like to move firms.
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have good time management, problem solving and delegation skills
