Look no further! Our pub chain is currently seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our team.
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in creating delicious and innovative dishes for our customers. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop menus and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A creative and innovative approach to menu development
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team

Skills:
- All food is high end locally sourced, fresh and seasonal, with nothing frozen/brought in.
