We’re looking for a motivated Account Representative based in New York to help manage and grow relationships with our diverse range of clients. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in understanding our clients' needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. You'll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver exceptional service while building long-term partnerships.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage Client Accounts – Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Build Relationships – Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and providing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with consultants and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify Opportunities – Look for ways to expand our business with existing clients by offering additional services and solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide Support & Solutions – Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, always aiming to improve their experience with ISP.
  • Track Progress – Monitor client satisfaction, track deliverables, and manage project timelines to ensure client goals are being met.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent Communication Skills – You’re able to clearly communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
  • Client-Focused Mindset – You put the customer first and are always looking for ways to provide outstanding service and value.
  • Problem-Solver – You enjoy tackling challenges head-on, finding innovative solutions, and delivering results.
  • Detail-Oriented – You pay close attention to client needs, timelines, and project details, ensuring everything is handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent – You are proactive, take initiative, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in Account Management or Consulting – Previous experience in a client-facing role within a consulting or management firm is a plus, but we’re also open to training the right candidate.
