The Role
- Manage projects and customer expectation
- Manage Services Consultants for each project engagement
- Managing timeline and project deliverables
- Manage communication with customer
- Project Documentation and sign off
- Project budget, process and allocation
- Managing multiple different project sprint and deliverables
- Using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Providing project report and billing milestone
- Provides consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting
- Configures project management tools, plans and executes acceptance testing
- Managing project report both internally and externally
What We Are Looking For
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
