About the Role:
As a Gutter Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and team coordination across Maine and New Hampshire. You’ll oversee and execute every aspect of gutter projects from initial planning to completion, making a measurable impact on both our customers’ homes and our business success.
What You’ll Do:
● Lead the Gutter Division: Take ownership of the entire gutter program, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-quality results.
● Spearhead Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to expand our gutter services, build new client relationships, and boost revenue.
● Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and providing timely updates.
● Coordinate Effectively: Communicate project details to clients and sales reps within 24–48 hours of assignment, covering scope, timelines, and expectations.
● Plan & Execute: Oversee scheduling, material purchases, and personally install gutters with the team to keep projects running smoothly.
● Ensure Quality: Verify installations meet manufacturer specifications and maintain the highest standards on every project.
● Manage Teams: Guide labor crews to start jobs on time, review project scopes, and ensure timely and safe execution of work.
● Optimize Operations: Maintain materials in trailers, manage waste disposal, and track project costs to enhance efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
● Proven experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or home improvement industries.
● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with customers.
● Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and problem-solving.
● Commitment to quality and safety with a keen eye for detail.
● Eagerness to travel across Maine and New Hampshire to complete projects

Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 90 lbs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
