About the Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical Valve Supervisor to oversee operations within a nuclear facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies while managing a team focused on excellence and quality management. This position is part of a strategic partnership with a global company to support nuclear outages in 2025 within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow all relevant health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Implement security processes to protect corporate assets and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with crisis management and business continuity procedures.
- People Management:
- Support the development of UAE National employees in line with Emiratization objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance internal capabilities and performance.
- Excellence and Quality Management:
- Promote continuous improvement by eliminating waste, following operational procedures, and practicing teamwork.
- Comply with Quality Management System policies, providing constructive feedback to meet quality standards.
- Uphold organizational fundamentals in all activities.
- Outage Support:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of nuclear outages in 2025.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mechanical supervision within the nuclear or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to employee development and Emiratization objectives.
