As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make strategic business decisions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and progress to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Representative or relevant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software.
- Experience in the plastic or manufacturing industry is a plus.
