Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in invoice processing or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data entry and database management.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
