Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Kontos Food Inc. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various projects within our organization. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong leader who can effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines and budgets
• Monitor project progress and identify and escalate any potential delays or issues
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Continuously evaluate and optimize project processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate project updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed within established budgets and timelines
• Identify and address any roadblocks or issues that may impact the successful completion of a project
• Facilitate team meetings and provide coaching and guidance to team members as needed
• Follow company and industry best practices and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification is strongly preferred
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proven track record of successful project management, including delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
