Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Managing end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and ensuring timely distribution.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal tax laws and labor regulations (like FLSA, FMLA) and preparing financial reports.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, data analysis, and IT proficiency (especially payroll software).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of payroll compliance, tax laws, accounting principles, and payroll software.
- Education/Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus several years of relevant payroll experience.
