Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Services Representative/Front Desk Agent for the Comfort Suites Chesapeake located at 1550 Crossways Boulevard, Chesapeake, VA 23320.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge at all times of Hotel features, room types, rates, and guest details
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Obtain assigned bank and ensure the accuracy of contracted monies. Keep the bank secure at all times.
• Access all functions of the computer system according to established procedures and standards.
• Promote positive guest relations with all individuals approaching the Front Desk.
• Process all guest check-ins according to established hotel requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a good command of the English language and the ability to communicate clearly in person and via telephone.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Morning, Evening, Holidays, and Weekend availability is required
• Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
