We need an energetic, organized coordinator to join our team and manage our payroll processing. In this role, you will be responsible for the processing of new hires, changes to employee data, salary payments, and make any corrections necessary to employee records.
Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
• Prepare payroll reports and analysis of employee data
• Calculate overtime and bonuses, and review time sheets
• Enter employee data into the HRIS system
• Manage personnel records and other payroll documents
• Review and verify accuracy of wages and hours worked on payroll documents
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator in a legal setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Advanced organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with payroll software
