Liner Legal, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Old Brooklyn, Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will support our entire office by managing a range of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients visiting the office, manage paperwork submissions, and provide intake forms.
- Medical Records Management: Process medical records received via CDs/flash drives and distribute them to the appropriate staff members.
- Mail Management: Sort, scan, and organize daily mail, manage outgoing correspondence, and handle shredding as needed.
- New Client Paperwork: Process and manage paperwork for new clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of an associate’s degree.
- Experience: Prior office experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in scanning and document management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Work Hours:
This is a full-time, in-office role with standard office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
