About the Position:

Little is hiring! We are looking for a full-time Retail Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. The Retail Fulfillment Specialist orders, managing the warehouse, and completing other shipping-related tasks.

 

The ideal candidate would be highly organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as relevant shipping and fulfillment, management, and/or operational experience. Our dream candidate would also have a passion for supporting small and local businesses (and an interest in women’s and kids clothing wouldn’t hurt!). We are a self-motivated, team-oriented group, and are looking forward to meeting our newest addition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire shipping process from initial order confirmation to packing and labeling the order, ensuring it ships in a timely manner. 
  • Oversee and process all returns, exchanges, and fraud claims.
  • Main point of contact with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) for daily order pick-up, lost packages, and processing claims.
  • Communicate with store employees and administrators about all aspects of the shipping process, including missing items, order pick-ups, split orders, and more.
  • Answer customer service inquiries and communicate clearly and professionally with all customers. 
  • Order all drop-shipped products through our brand representatives using various e-platforms and software. 
  • Assist with unpacking, inspecting, tagging and organizing products as they’re delivered to the warehouse.
  • General cleaning and organization of the warehouse, ensuring products are clearly labeled and easy to find, and all order and packing supplies are stocked.
