We are growing at a fast rate and require a new member of the team to help us continue growing.
We are looking for someone who is mature and has excellent customer service skills and telephone and welcoming telephone manner.
You will need to have experience in speaking to clients over the phone and be technical enough to use our CRM.
Working from home you will need a quiet place to work and access to your own mobile phone and computer.
We offer a flexible working week where you can choose when you work, you would be contracted to 20 hours per week but can spread them out as you wish during the week.
Your role would be to take calls that are pre-booked and help out with other admin tasks which will vary day to day.
This is a Monday - Friday role and there is potential for progression in the future.
You must live in the UK and ideally in London or surrounding area
Salary will depend on experience circ 18-22k pro rata part-time.
