Salary: £14.45 - £15.20 per hour (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Offer tailored 1:1 support, ensuring the student’s individual needs are met.
- Assist with learning activities, encouraging focus and engagement.
- Help the student navigate classroom routines and maintain organization.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt lessons and materials for the student.
- Track and document the student’s progress, providing valuable feedback.
- Promote a nurturing, positive, and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience working with children is essential; experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Experience or knowledge of supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) is a bonus.
