Role: Administrative Assistant

Location: Trowbridge

Hours: 8 hours per week, Mon - Thurs (to be discussed)

Salary: FTE £25,410 - £27,510 (pro rata)

The Ideal Candidate:


 

We’re looking for someone with a professional, personable approach and excellent administrative skills. You’ll be the friendly face and reliable support behind the scenes, helping everything run smoothly.


 

You’ll need:


 

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience a bonus)
  • Confidence using IT and school MIS systems
  • Clear and professional communication skills - written, spoken and interpersonal 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail


 

Your Role Will Include:


 

  • Communicating with students, families, staff and external professionals 
  • Supporting Admissions and Attendance admin process
  • Assisting with the management of school data and MIS systems
  • Coordinating Health & Safety admin documentation
  • Minute-taking and general administrative support
  • Helping with annual review documentation and organisation

Working Hours:
