What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individual students or small groups in their academic, personal, and social growth
- Adapting and delivering educational programs under teacher guidance to enhance learning opportunities
- Observing, documenting, and reporting student progress to help shape future learning plans
- Assisting with classroom setup, resource preparation, and organization of learning materials
- Providing occasional personal and medical care, and ensuring each child’s safety and well-being
- Covering classes or groups independently in the absence of the teacher

- Be able to do the job as described.
- Naturally empathetic, patient, and adaptable with a genuine passion for inclusive education
- Skilled at building positive, supportive relationships with students
- Observant and detail-oriented, capable of spotting and reporting on learning progress
- Team player who can think creatively and bring a sense of humor to the role
