What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging lessons to primary school students
- Creating an inspiring classroom environment
- Collaborating with Key Stage and planning teams
- Leading a curriculum area (if not an ECT)
- Ensuring good progress for all learners
- Teaching phonics and promoting literacy skills
