The Role:

My leading mainstream school, based on the outskirts of Oxford, is seeking a passionate Drama Teacher to join their team from September. This role requires full planning and marking responsibilities. The continued professional development provided by the school means this is an excellent opportunity for ECTs starting their career in education and there is also the scope for experienced drama teachers to take on additional responsibility.

The School:

This school boasts excellent exam results, with drama amongst the highest achieving subjects. The good behaviour of the students at this school fosters an environment in which they are eager to learn and participate in lessons. Furthermore, the school is frequently improving it’s provision and leadership to support new staff. This position offers a salary equivalent to the successful teacher’s pay scale point on the main or upper teacher pay scales (£31,650 - £49,084).
