ECT Teacher

Long Term Teachers is looking for a ECT'S who are looking to kickstart their career in Education. Working with Primary schools across Cornwall we are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers.
Your role will include:
● Planning and teaching
● Assessing following the school marking policy
● Promoting good progress and outcomes
● Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths of pupils
● Managing behaviour effectively
● Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge
● Liaising with parents
The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about education and keen to use different methods such as outdoor play and activities. The school will support you during your ECT journey providing mentorship and one to one support.
