We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school in Exmouth. This is your chance to shape young minds in a dynamic and engaging learning environment where each child’s curiosity and individuality are celebrated.
Role Overview:
- Deliver engaging, imaginative, and developmentally appropriate lessons to inspire young learners.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where children can thrive socially and emotionally.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
- Use innovative teaching methods to spark curiosity and encourage exploration.
- Monitor and assess progress, tailoring learning experiences to meet individual needs.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and best practices.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a commitment to child-led learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children and their families.
- A passion for early years education and a drive to inspire a love for learning.
