What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high standards of care and education within the nursery
- Creating stimulating, language-rich environments with appropriate resources
- Complying with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Implementing the key worker system to build relationships with children and their families
- Observing, supporting, and extending children’s learning
- Ensuring effective planning, assessment, and record-keeping for children
- Working in partnership with Parents/Carers and other stakeholders
- Promoting the welfare and safety of children and following safeguarding procedures
- Continuously improving the quality of childcare and education in collaboration with the Early Years Team
- Maintaining a positive attitude and confidentiality, and working effectively as a team member
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experienced and knowledgeable in the EYFS curriculum
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 qualification verification required)
- Positive and passionate about providing high standards of care and education
- Able to create an inclusive practice environment at all times
