- Support the lead educators in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Assist in creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental profiles
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Experience working with young children, either professionally or through placements
