We are looking for an EYFS/Primary Teaching Assistant to work in schools based in Truro. The schools look after students with a variety of different SEN needs.
The role
The role of an SEN TA involves providing general classroom support as well as a lot of 1:1 support. The schools can be fast paced environments so you must be prepared for this and have good experience with classroom behaviour management and 1:1 SEN.
You must be adaptable, patient, positive, calm and confident in dealing with challenging behaviour. Experience working with Early Years/Primary aged students is preferred but they are open to a range of applications.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
