EYFS Class Teacher (Maternity Cover) / Early Years Primary Teacher - SN15

My client, a thriving primary school, is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational EYFS Class Teacher to provide maternity cover. This part-time role (0.5 FTE) is a perfect fit for someone eager to make a meaningful contribution to a school committed to creating an engaging and nurturing environment for children. You’ll have the chance to build strong relationships and help guide the school’s youngest students through this crucial stage of their education.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
• Plan, assess, and differentiate lessons to meet the unique needs of all learners.
• Collaborate with class teachers, support staff, and senior leadership to ensure high standards of teaching.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development through effective feedback and encouragement.

• Skilled in using creative teaching approaches to inspire young learners.
• Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour while creating a safe and stimulating environment.
