I am working with a lovely School who are seeking an inspiring and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their highly rated Early Years provision. Help create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 5, working in a modern, spacious, purpose-built setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children’s emotional, physical, and learning needs
- Contributing to the monitoring and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assisting in the planning and evaluation of learning activities
- Helping to develop children’s literacy and numeracy skills
- Implementing behaviour management programs
- Supporting safety and security measures within the school
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a relevant Level 2 EY qualification
- Experienced in working with children in an Early Years setting
- Skilled in paediatric first aid
- Able to adapt and respond to a variety of situations
