What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching and learning within a busy classroom setting, helping children with diverse needs
- Safeguarding children and fostering their emotional well-being and social development
- Assisting with whole-class activities and leading small group interventions to accelerate student progress
- Collaborating with teachers to create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
- Maintaining a safe, positive learning space that encourages all learners to reach their potential
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above
- Have previous childcare experience, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 Qualification
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to connect positively with children and adults
- Display a proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to the well-being and progress of every child
