ECT Teacher – Primary

A welcoming and supportive primary school in the BS15 area is seeking a motivated ECT to join their team from the start of the new academic year in September.
This supply role offers an outstanding opportunity for newly qualified teachers to gain valuable classroom experience, receive tailored support and feedback, and grow professionally within a dynamic school environment. For the right candidate, this position could lead to a permanent role.
As an ECT, you will take on full class teaching responsibilities while receiving guidance from experienced staff and a dedicated mentor. You will follow the Early Career Framework (ECF) to support your development and build a strong foundation for your teaching career.
