We’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organised Education Administrator to join our team. If you're passionate about education, love keeping things running smoothly, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

 

About the Role - 
As an Education Administrator , you’ll play a vital part in our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with teams to manage communications, maintain accurate records, and ensure our systems and processes run efficiently. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality education services, and you'll be valued as a key part of the team. 

 

Responsibilities -

  • Handling and organising key documents and records across the team
  • Managing internal systems and databases with accuracy and care
  • Communicating professionally with schools, partners, and stakeholders
  • Supporting team members with scheduling, data entry, and general admin
  • Assisting in compliance tasks and keeping us aligned with safeguarding standards
  • Contributing to a positive, solution-focused team culture

Experience/ Qualifications - 

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using digital tools
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
