About the Role -
As an Education Administrator , you’ll play a vital part in our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with teams to manage communications, maintain accurate records, and ensure our systems and processes run efficiently. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality education services, and you'll be valued as a key part of the team.
Responsibilities -
- Handling and organising key documents and records across the team
- Managing internal systems and databases with accuracy and care
- Communicating professionally with schools, partners, and stakeholders
- Supporting team members with scheduling, data entry, and general admin
- Assisting in compliance tasks and keeping us aligned with safeguarding standards
- Contributing to a positive, solution-focused team culture
Experience/ Qualifications -
- Previous experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using digital tools
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
