This welcoming Secondary School is located near the seaside in Weston Super Mare and has a good reputation in the local community for an aspirational curriculum. We need a confident, reliable educator to step in as a cover teacher for English lessons and help the pupils stay on track with their learning whilst their usual teacher is away. In this role you will be guiding KS3 and KS4 pupils through their English lessons and preparing them for their GCSE exams. Planning and Marking will not be a part of this role however the ability to build rapport with young people and establish authority without being heavy handed will be necessary.
Guiding students through the English language and literature curriculum will be your main priority in this role. If you are excited by the opportunity to inspire young minds and lead them through the world of literature, story telling and poetry this is the role for you!
