A Secondary School in Cheltenham is looking for a Food Tech Teacher to join their team in Term 3 and lead KS3 and KS4 students through their Food Tech lessons and help them excel in their culinary and academic journeys. This is a good Secondary School with a long standing reputation for an ambitious curriculum and their dedication to shaping young people into well rounded, knowledgeable and respectful individuals.
In your role as a Food Tech Teacher you will be planning lessons and marking student work, guiding them through both practical and theoretical sides of the Food Tech curriculum therefore the UK curriculum knowledge is necessary. You will be helping young people form vital skills, from cooking a range of meals and excellent knowledge of kitchen etiquette and equipment as well as an understanding of Health and Nutrition.
