The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is one of the highest-paying sales jobs and will suit an outgoing, competitive, and resilient individual who has big ambitions for their career.
At LTT we specialise in Education and work with schools all across the South West. We are a start-up agency with huge growth plans and a proven track record of taking consultants with no experience and training them to become some of the top-performing consultants in the market
There is a clearly defined route from trainee to Director and there will be opportunities to open new locations and grow your own team.
Graduate Consultant Role:
- Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
- Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
- Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
- Managing your pool of candidates
- Effectively growing and servicing your client base
