What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver exciting learning activities for groups and whole classes, supporting children to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers to create intervention programmes focused on social, emotional, and academic development.
- Provide targeted support for children with SEND, EAL, or other specific learning needs.
- Supervise students during activities, ensuring engagement, safety, and positive behaviour.
- Coach and support other teaching assistants, sharing best practices and helping them grow.

- Experienced in supporting social, emotional, and mental health needs through interventions.
