A Primary School in the BS30 area of Bristol is looking for a HLTA to support throughout their school from Term 4.
This 2 form entry school holds high standards for their staff and pupils to develop their learning opportunities and behaviour management.
The Role
This role is a part-time position, where the successful candidate will be expected to work in collaboration with Class Teachers to deliver pre-planned lessons covering PPA needs throughout the week.
You will be working across all year groups throughout the week.
You will be expected to:
- Follow the school's ethos and values.
- Have a great understanding of the Primary Curriculum.
- Communicate clearly with Class Teachers to adapt interventions to meet the needs of children.
- Be flexible, creative and adaptable.
- Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
