We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic school in Truro. This role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive and engaging environment where your expertise and commitment will be truly appreciated.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead small group sessions and whole-class teaching when needed.
- Support the teacher in delivering, and assessing lessons.
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
- Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist in monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant with HLTA status.
- Confidence in managing classroom activities and leading learning.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils and staff alike.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
