Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering valuable feedback to support learning.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide educational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a teaching support role.
- A strong grasp of the curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Proven experience in supporting children in a classroom setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A flexible, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to education.
