Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre planned lessons and support learning across a range of subjects.
- Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted assistance.
- Support teachers in the preparation and delivery of high-quality lessons.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Assist with assessing students' progress and contributing to their development plans.
What We're Looking For:
- A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and caring approach to working with children.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
