We are seeking an experienced and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our supply team, working across schools in the Teignmouth area. This part-time supply role offers the chance to inspire and support young learners while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Your Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured pre planned lessons - Set by the class teacher.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every teaching opportunity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and encouraged.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive and safe atmosphere.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless and successful teaching experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1), with a solid understanding of the curriculum.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in different school settings.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils quickly.
- A commitment to making a positive impact on children’s learning and development.
