We’re working with a respected, person-centred education provider in Devon and Cornwall to recruit Learning Mentors to work on a supply basis, who can support young people aged 16-25 as they develop life skills, build independence and achieve recognised qualifications in real-world settings.

What You’ll Do:


 

  • Mentor and support learners with EHCPs through tailored, community-based education
  • Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions in everyday settings like libraries, leisure centres and work placements
  • Foster confidence, independence and life skills
  • Work closely with tutors, families and multi-agency teams to support each learner holistically 
  • Track progress and celebrate achievements - big and small
