Salary: £100 - £120 per day

Long-Term Teachers is working in partnership with a highly respected independent college to recruit an experienced and compassionate Learning Mentor based in Plymouth. This is a full time, term-time only position.
The Role:
As a Learning Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering learners aged 16 - 25 who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You’ll work across various community-based learning environments, including libraries, work placements and leisure facilities, to support personal and educational development. Every day will bring variety as you guide students towards greater independence, employability and lifelong learning.
